Jobs are announced by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for the cadre of Deputy Commercial Tax Officer, Sub Registrar Grade II, Probation Officer & Another level on 1241 seats where direct recruitment will take place by Combined Civil Services Exam II. Criteria of Age:

  • For Sr. No. 1: Min 18 years – Max. 30 years
  • For Sr. No. 2: Min 20 years – Max. 30 years
  • For Sr. No. 3: Min. 22 years- Max. 40 years
  • For Sr. No. 4, 5, 7 to 18: Min. 18 years – Max. 30 years
  • For Sr. No. 6: Min. 18 years- Max. 40 years

Consideration of age will be done from 01-07-2015, no age limit for SC/ ST/ BC/ Other backward castes.

Criteria for Education:

For Deputy Commercial Tax Officer: Graduate in any discipline, please refer notification for another job title.

Hiring Procedures:

  • Document Screening
  • Preliminary Examination
  • Main written examination
  • Personal Interview.


For General/OBC Category-

In Pre-examination: INR 125/-(Examination fee of Rs.75/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-)

In Main Written Examination: INR 100/-

Way to Submit Application:

Application will be submitted online via on or before 29-05-2015 till 11:59 PM.
